刘凤洁，博士，博士后，助理研究员。2020年毕业于中国药科大学，获生药学博士学位，2023年于中国药科大学中药学博士后流动站出站，现就职于河北大学药学院。

研究方向为中药药效物质基础。近年来，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项，河北省高等学校科学技术研究项目1项，以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表SCI论文7篇。
