刘海燕，女，博士，教授，博士生导师。2002年获河北大学分析化学专业硕士学位并留校任教。2008年获河北大学分析化学专业博士学位。承担或参与完成国家及省部级课题多项。以第一作者或通讯作者在Food Chemistry、Talanta、Microchemical Journal等学术期刊上发表SCI论文多篇。授权专利9项，申请专利2项。
